OVERVIEW

Pengelolaan logistik dan supply chain management sangat diperlukan bagi para manager dan staff yang bekerja pada bidang logistik, gudang, pengiriman barang, pembelian, keuangan, dan marketing. Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan agar peserta mendapatkan gambaran yang utuh dan menyeluruh mengenai pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang berkaitan dengan supply chain management, logistic management, purchasing/procurement management, inventory, disribution management, dan pengendalian biaya. Pengendalian alur barang yang efektif dan efisien akan menurunkan biaya, meningkatkan efektivitas pengendalian cash flow, dan pada ujungnya meningkakan profit perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang logistik.

 

TUJUAN TRAINING
